• act independently and acquire as an expert for pension fund solutions (BVG) and personal insurances (KTG, UVG, UVG-Z) with existing and new customers
• work for optimal overall solutions, especially in the executive area
• analyse existing solutions and develop future ones
• be responsible for tenders/submissions as well as for conducting negotiations with potential pension providers and asset managers and finalise results in a comparison model
• accompany current autonomous pension solutions in the realignment at project level
• develop well-founded decision bases for our customers
• actively identify and promote cross-selling opportunities with tandem partners
• work in a highly motivated team
• actively contribute to further developing the broker services area
• convince and inspire as a speaker at specialist events and customer occasions

• passion for customer care and acquisition
• current market knowledge as well as several years of professional experience in corporate client consulting in the area of pension fund solutions and personal insurances
• the necessary requirements and registration in the FINMA intermediary register
• preferably experience at an insurance company, a broker or a collective/community foundation with a focus on sales and customer acquisition
• a likeable personality and a confident, poised and winning manner
• good IT skills (WinVS, BAYO, PowerPoint and Excel)
