Evaluation of the 2024 Storm Disaster Response in Switzerland
Die Glückskette, the Swiss Red Cross and Caritas Switzerland are commissioning the evaluation of the response to the 2024 storm disasters in Switzerland, in which the three mentioned organisations were involved. The aim is to assess the relevance and effectiveness of domestic disaster relief.
Your tasks
The offer should include the following:
- Cover letter (max. 1 page)
- Concept with proposed methodology (max. 3 pages)
- Rough work plan for implementation
- Cost estimate for the entire contract
- Curricula vitae of the evaluation team
- Two relevant work samples, ideally from similar mandates
- Summary table showing how the specified evaluation criteria are met
