Health-Care Specialist Consultant - Central Switzerland and Ticino Region
For our branch in Dielsdorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, customer-oriented, and medically knowledgeable personality as a Health-Care Specialist Consultant with a focus on incontinence, wound care, and disinfection.
Your tasks
- Professional consulting and support of existing and new customers in the areas of incontinence, wound care, and disinfection
- Supporting salespeople in acquiring customers in the senior and nursing home segment
- Ensuring sustainable customer relationships in Central Switzerland and Ticino
- Conducting training sessions, user and product trainings with a focus on elderly care / incontinence care
- Needs analysis, solution finding, and process management for customers in the health-care sector
- Representing the employer brand WEBSTAR at trade fairs and events
Your profile
- Completed training in healthcare with further education in sales
- Professional experience in a senior home or an appropriate institution
- Several years of expertise in elderly care and incontinence care
- High consulting competence, service and customer orientation
- Fluent German and Italian skills in spoken and written form (bilingual)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Enjoyment in knowledge transfer and training activities
- Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Affinity for technical aids
- Resident in Central Switzerland
