What you achieve

• You provide comprehensive and independent advice to private clients on property financing for single-family homes, condominium ownership, and multi-family houses - online, by phone, and in person on site.
• You actively approach clients, accompany them throughout the entire financing process, and are their central contact person from the initial consultation to the payout.
• You prepare property valuations as well as capitalisation assessments using WUP and IAZI.
• You develop sustainable and individual financing solutions, taking into account tax aspects, amortisation strategies, and pension topics of the 2nd and 3rd pillars.
• You find suitable financing solutions and conduct terms negotiations with financing partners in the interest of your clients.
• You identify potential for insurance solutions and specifically refer customer needs to our insurance advisors.
• You ensure an efficient and smooth financing process - from the first contact to successful completion.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in mortgage advisory at a bank, insurance company, or financial intermediary.
• You are confident in complex financing solutions and enjoy the combination of consulting and sales.
• You convince with strong negotiation skills and fluent German; English, French, or Italian are an additional advantage.
• You are characterised by a high customer and service orientation as well as a winning and communicative personality.
• You have a pronounced digital affinity and are confident in modern consulting and working environments.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and have high standards for quality and professionalism.
