Contract duration: 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years
Work rate: 100%
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny (Géopolis)
Gross annual salary: CHF 67,568.- at 100%, increasing each year according to the scale
Your Activities
Task description:
- At least 50% of the work rate will be dedicated to completing a doctoral thesis in counseling and career psychology.
- Up to 50% of the work rate will be devoted to supporting teaching and research tasks (teaching activities under the responsibility of a professor or MER, research work not related to the thesis, and technical and administrative activities related to the teaching and research activities of the CePCO, the Institute, or the Faculty).

Your Profile
Desired profile:
- Master's degree in counseling and career psychology or equivalent qualification;
- Motivation to engage in completing a doctoral thesis in the field of counseling and career psychology or career development;
- Knowledge of research methods in psychology, with an interest in quantitative research being an asset;
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English;
- Interest in the written and oral dissemination of research work;
- Interest in teaching;
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
- Motivation to participate in the work of the Research Center in Counseling and Career Psychology ( www.unil.ch/cepco ).
