Your Tasks
- Development of workflow processes in the SAP MM area
- Master data maintenance (material), price updates, and consolidation work
- Initial error analysis in the materials management area and SAP procurement process
- Project support and possibly partial project management
- Central support in the invoice workflow (logistics)
- Interface between strategic purchasing and IT in master data work
- Documentation and test support in integration projects
- Training planning and conducting training sessions
- Contact person for strategic and operational purchasing
Your Profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or business administration or commercial or IT training with corresponding professional experience in the healthcare sector
- Advanced knowledge in the SAP MM module (master data maintenance) is an advantage
- Experience in hospitals (processes, products, logistics) is an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Basic knowledge in project management is an advantage
- Very good Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Careful and result-oriented working style
- Committed, communicative personality with strong organizational skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
