To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, flexible and responsible personality as a truck dispatcher (m/f).

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of daily transport assignments
• Efficient deployment planning of vehicles and drivers
• Monitoring and optimisation of transport processes
• Communication with customers, drivers and internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards
• Processing orders and preparing the necessary documents

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• At least 3 years of practical experience in dispatching
• Good geographical knowledge of the region
• Organisational skills and strong communication abilities
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with dispatch software
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French knowledge and other languages are an advantage
