Assistant Operations Manager
Would you like to contribute to smooth operations in our depots in Wallisellen and Winterthur? As assistant to the operations managers, you will take on a variety of tasks.
The Winterthur highway depot with 33 employees and the Wallisellen highway depot with 24 employees are part of Area Unit VII, which is responsible for the maintenance of around 200 kilometers of highways, ramps and connections as well as 22 tunnels. With your administrative support, you help ensure that everything runs smoothly off the roads as well.

Your tasks
- You support the operations managers as well as all employees with administrative and organizational tasks
- You handle correspondence and take minutes at meetings
- You answer incoming phone calls, manage email traffic and incoming mail
- You act as an interface to the Federal Roads Office (ASTRA)
- You independently handle property damage cases, from documentation to criminal complaints to billing
- You manage creditors and debtors
- You support and accompany employees in the ongoing digital transformation
Your profile
- A commercial or technical education with experience in administration
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office/SAP programs
- Flawless, confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, efficient, precise work, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Service orientation, openness and team-oriented work
