Minerva Switzerland, with locations in Aarau, Baden, Basel, Bern, Lucerne and Zurich, is a school of the Kalaidos Education Group Switzerland. All courses are federally recognised and broadly supported both in vocational training and in business. As a vocational school, Minerva aims to effectively build and promote the education and professional careers of its learners.

In Baden, we offer the Vocational Baccalaureate 2. The courses are part-time and based on the AKAD method. Learning takes place through guided self-study, with lessons providing deeper understanding. Suitable teaching materials and a scheduled work plan provide the structure.

For the upcoming semester starting 3 August 2026, we are looking for a

Teacher for the subjects German, History & Politics

with working hours on Monday 8:00 – 18:00 and Tuesday 8:00 – 18:00 (the times are block hours).

approx. 6 lessons in German and 3 lessons in History & Politics

Requirements:

• Preferably a teaching diploma for grammar schools including vocational baccalaureate or completion in the foreseeable future
• Open to didactic reduction, cooperative methods and blended learning
• Willingness to embrace Minerva learning concepts and try new approaches
• Private sector spirit, practical orientation and loyalty
