You have trained in a technical profession, for example in the heating, sanitary, automotive, or agricultural machinery sector, and would like to apply your knowledge in the office in the future? With us, you identify and procure the right spare parts, advise our customers, and process orders on the PC.

These are your tasks

• Identify spare parts based on customer information and technical documents
• Advise customers competently by phone and email
• Request and procure spare parts from suppliers
• Record and process orders in the ERP system
• Monitor delivery dates and coordinate open orders
• Maintain technical master data and documentation

What you bring with you

• Technical background, for example in the heating, sanitary, automotive, or agricultural machinery sector
• Good technical understanding and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
• Confident computer skills
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Careful, reliable, and independent working style
• Team spirit and enjoyment in finding good solutions together
