Employee in Horticulture with Focus on Training

We are looking for reinforcement for our horticulture team. We look forward to an upbeat, humorous, and cheerful personality
Tasks to be done
- Carrying out customer orders in the areas of maintenance and garden design
- Training the assigned apprentices, developing, planning, and monitoring training objectives
- Accompanying and conducting practical learning workshops
- Independently guiding, promoting, and supporting people with support needs
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ
- Trainer qualification or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment in working with diverse people
- Trailer test and chainsaw course or willingness to complete them
- Driver's license category B
