We are Schellenberg Wittmer, a leading, internationally oriented Swiss business law firm. For our Marketing & Communications team, we are looking for a motivated personality who enjoys actively shaping diverse marketing topics.
You can expect an exciting entry-level role at the interface of events, communication, branding, and digital topics. You will gain insights into a wide range of marketing activities, work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, and have the opportunity to learn a lot and take on responsibility in a versatile hub function.
Your tasks:
- Participation in the planning, coordination, and implementation of internal and external events
- Assistance with invitations, mailings, guest management, and other communication measures
- Maintenance and updating of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content
- Active involvement in the ongoing updating of our website as well as content and publication topics
- Coordination of giveaways, gifts, and other materials for events and occasions
- Support in marketing campaigns, projects, and other diverse tasks in daily team life
- Handling general organizational and administrative tasks including internal inquiries and invoice management
Your profile:
- Completed studies or training in marketing or a commercial basic education with relevant further training
- Initial professional experience in marketing, ideally in an international environment
- Confident German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Affinity for communication as well as enthusiasm for events, branding, and diverse marketing topics
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is an advantage
- Committed, service-oriented, and reliable personality with an independent and careful working style
