What awaits you

• You ensure that the facility services in your portfolio are delivered smoothly, contractually compliant and within the defined budget and cost guidelines
• As a trusted contact person, you advise our customers on all questions related to facility management and building technology
• With your sense for customer needs, you develop sustainable solutions and ensure enthusiastic customers
• You lead and inspire your team and promote their further development
• In doing so, you always keep quality, contracts and costs under control and ensure professional service

What you bring with you

• You have completed basic training in the field of building technology (HVACSE)
• Ideally, you have further training in facility management, building technology or business administration (FH/HF)
• Thanks to your several years of experience in a comparable role and your leadership experience, you keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
• Customer orientation and service excellence are natural to you and shape your daily actions
• You have very good German skills (C1). Any additional foreign language is warmly welcome
