Creative Coordinator

With a well-coordinated team, we accompany patients through highs and lows and help them find their way back to life or work after an accident or illness.

Tasks

• Coordination and organisation of a diverse workshop programme in the creative studio of our leisure city Down Town rehabellikon.ch/freizeitangebote
• Independent development and implementation of creative workshops (mosaic, pyrography, paracord, etc.) with patients
• Ensuring an inspiring and creative environment in the studio
• Responsible for the rooms of the leisure city while adhering to the house rules including: cinema, game zone, music cellar, studio, world café, library, arena and chilleria
• Inventory management, procurement and calculation of materials for the workshops
• Supervision and support of workshop participants
• Participation in the evening service in the patient restaurant

Profile

• Versatile and creative person with a sense for innovation and design
• Solution-oriented working style and the ability to respond flexibly to the needs of participants
• Experience in creative work and group facilitation
• Experience in social professions and SVEB1 certification advantageous
• Assertiveness and responsibility for the Downtown rooms
• Responsible, reliable and resilient
• Very good spoken German skills
• Working hours from 13:30 to 22:30, Monday to Thursday
