Junior Consultant/(Pre-)Sales (m/f/d) 80-100%
Tasks
- Support in customer care and consulting as a consultant and maintaining customer relationships (with a focus on Managed Services): ensuring regular contact, recognising needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analysis of customer needs and development of solution proposals
- Assistance in the preparation of quotations, concepts and presentations
- Support in presales activities and technical clarifications
- Building know-how in the areas of consulting, sales and account management
- Participation in customer projects and workshops
- Gradual takeover of own customers and projects
- Acquisition of new customers up to the identification, qualification and processing of new leads
- Documenting leads in the CRM and continuously following up on open cases
- Collaboration with customers, suppliers, project managers and technicians
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist and/or several years of experience in the IT sector
- Broad technical understanding (ideally in the field of Managed Services)
- Experience in marketing is an advantage or willingness to familiarise yourself with the topic through further training
- Communicative, extroverted and empathetic personality who enjoys dealing with customers, partners and manufacturers
- Sales flair and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent language skills in German (English is an advantage)
- Confident, poised and professional appearance
- Ambitious, result-oriented, independent and team-oriented personality
