Your tasks
- Deputising for the Head of Elderly Care and Nursing
- Supporting the Head of Elderly Care and Nursing in organising and planning all processes in the residential home
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- Active participation in daily nursing activities
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists, and relatives
- Active involvement in processes related to the extension and renovation of the residential home
We expect
- Qualification as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who values working with elderly people
- Team player
- Good knowledge of German
- Good PC skills and experience with common IT programmes
