About the job
What you can achieve:
- You manage and coordinate technical and organisational matters along the product lifecycle from product launch through to phase-out and discontinuation.
- You analyse existing lifecycle processes and continuously develop them in terms of efficiency, transparency, and standardisation.
- You build overarching overviews of products, lifecycle status, activities, and dependencies and further develop these.
- You identify relevant risks and the need for action early and initiate appropriate measures.
- You handle complex technical issues in a structured manner and coordinate the technical problem-solving process.
- You coordinate lifecycle activities between engineering, product management, operations, quality, and other involved departments.
- You support product changes and ensure that their impacts on products, processes, documentation, and organisation are comprehensively considered.
What you bring:
- Completed degree, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Strong systemic, analytical, and process-oriented thinking
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and organisational contexts and derive concrete solutions from them
- Enjoyment of a versatile generalist role with technical questions and numerous interfaces
- Experience with product lifecycle, engineering, change, or product change processes is an advantage
- Good understanding of data, key figures, and meaningful overviews
- Ability to bring together different stakeholders and independently drive cross-departmental topics forward
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
