What you bring with you

• Training and professional experience as a medical device technologist EFZ
• Ideally corresponding leadership training and experience in a managerial role
• Strong quality, hygiene and sense of responsibility
• Appreciative, clear and authoritative leadership personality
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for developing teams and processes
