Technical Purchasing Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring a smooth operational procurement process, support in strategic purchasing
• Creating enquiries and comparing offers for technical products
• Monitoring stock levels, delivery dates, quality and costs
• Active contact with our supply partners (minimal travel activity)
• Managing the internal interface to sales, engineering, production and accounting
• Maintaining master data in ERP and DMS
• Quality assurance and supplier error management

Your profile:

• Completed basic training in a technical or commercial field
• Several years of experience in purchasing desired
• Good technical understanding (drawings/data sheets)
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Negotiation skills and strong communication ability
• High service orientation and organisational talent
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
