Field Sales Lighting Consultant - Basel Region (m/f)
Your tasks
- You build new and maintain existing customer relationships with electricians, electrical planners, architects, lighting planners, specialist dealers, and builders, actively maintaining your network
- You provide first-class customer service and convince with your reliability and professional know-how
- You implement the sales strategy in your sales area taking into account the company goals
- Together with our customers, you develop innovative lighting concepts and convince with complex, customer-specific lighting solutions
- You analyze the market and competitive situation as well as new market potentials in your area
- You work cross-departmentally with colleagues from various areas and always act solution-oriented
Your profile
- You have a technical basic education (e.g., as a structural draftsman, electrician, electrical planner), ideally supplemented by commercial training
- You bring several years of experience in sales in a technical environment, preferably in the lighting industry, and have a strong network
- Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and closing strength characterize you
- You have excellent spoken and written German skills; good English skills are an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; knowledge of Relux is a plus
- You convince through self-motivation, a winning appearance, and enjoy working with light
