Your tasks:

• Development, implementation, and monitoring of safety policies and procedures to ensure occupational safety and health protection.
• Conducting risk analyses and hazard assessments to identify potential workplace dangers.
• Creation and implementation of safety concepts
• Training and raising awareness among employees regarding safety regulations and practices.
• Collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal standards.
• Conducting audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety standards.
• Analysis of accident and incident reports to identify areas for improvement
• Advising management on occupational safety and health protection matters

Your profile:

• Completed degree at a university of applied sciences
• Further training as a safety engineer or specialist in occupational safety and health protection
• Several years of professional experience in occupational safety and health protection, ideally in an industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
• Independent working style
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Organizational skills and assertiveness
• Targeted communication and confident appearance
