Vocational education and the support of apprentices and students are close to our hearts. For our approximately 80 apprentices and students, we are looking for an enthusiastic person who will engage with great commitment in our vocational education, shape it together with the management, and enrich our HR team.
What you will achieve with us
- You share responsibility for an attractive, needs-based, and successful vocational education as well as for the future-oriented alignment and further development in collaboration with the Head of Vocational Education.
- As Deputy Head of Vocational Education, you take responsibility for organising, planning, and coordinating the training of FaGe apprentices, AGS, and HF/FH students.
- Providing expert, pedagogical advice and coaching to vocational trainers is part of your duties.
- You play an active role in conducting applicant interviews and assessing suitability when filling apprenticeships and student positions in nursing.
- Conducting learning events such as workshops and case discussions in collaboration with vocational trainers.
- You are the contact person for education-specific questions for the management team, nursing team, and the interprofessional team.
- At your own request, you may also work in nursing if you wish to work more than 60%.
You inspire us…
- With your diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and several years of professional experience in nursing.
- Because you have completed higher education or further training in adult education (at least SVEB 1).
- With your professional experience in vocational education and ideally your network in the educational landscape.
- With your flair in dealing with our apprentices and students, your ability to be a competent contact person for vocational trainers, and to professionally handle demanding situations.
- With your excellent organisational and administrative skills as well as your impeccable German language skills.
- Because you bring very good MS Office skills.
