For the further expansion of our team at the Lupfig AG location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual who does not just dispatch international transports but actively helps shape them.

YOUR TASKS WITH US:

Customer care & business development
You communicate proactively with our international customers, secure and acquire loads, and continuously develop existing customer relationships.

Negotiating & acting economically
You procure cargo space from transport companies and negotiate freight rates. You always keep an eye on prices, utilisation, and margins and take responsibility for your results.

Planning international transports
You plan and coordinate tours and loads from all over Europe to Switzerland. Using modern IT systems, you combine our internal fleet and external carriers so that capacities are optimally utilised.

Finding solutions when it matters
You are in direct contact with transport companies, subcontractors, and drivers. In the dynamic transport daily routine, you react quickly, pragmatically, and solution-oriented to new situations.

Developing together
You work closely with the national dispatch team, ensure timely deliveries, and contribute your ideas to further expand our international division.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• You have negotiation skills, think entrepreneurially, and have a feel for freight prices and margins
• You are reliable, resilient, and remain calm even under high workloads
• You enjoy dealing with international customers, transport companies, and drivers
• You have experience in finished vehicle logistics and/or international forwarding – ideally with your own network of carriers
• You speak very good German and English (at least B2 level); additional languages such as Russian are a plus
