Team Leader Logistics Fruits & Vegetables, Permanent Night Shift
Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the fruits & vegetables department team in daily operations
- Responsibility for efficient deployment and holiday planning considering operational requirements
- Promotion and development of employees through regular employee, target, and performance discussions
- Ensuring smooth warehouse processes including control of order picking and conducting spot checks
- Close collaboration and proactive information exchange with goods receipt and sub-control centre
Requirements
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, ideally with further relevant training or comparable practical experience in logistics and leadership
- High resilience, reliability, and an efficient, independent working style
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident use of common IT systems and warehouse management software
- Willingness to work night shifts (including Sundays) and in a permanently cooled work environment (13–15 °C)
