Your future area of responsibility

Acceptance and processing of event enquiries, as well as telephone advice for corporate and private customers
Creation of individual event offers based on internal standards and customer wishes
Written correspondence and contract negotiations in close coordination with the department management
Reservation of event rooms and hotel rooms in the Opera booking system
Preparation and execution of the handover to event management for a smooth process

What you bring with you

Knowledge in the field of convention sales in the hotel industry
Experience in telephone customer advice and handling event enquiries
Careful and structured working method when creating customised offers
Confidence in written communication and negotiation – also in coordination with department management
Proficient use of the Opera booking system for reserving event rooms and hotel rooms
Understanding of smooth handovers and interface processes with the event management team
