Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF Night Shift 50-100%
Your main tasks
- You provide professional and individual care and support to our residents, even in complex situations
- You are jointly responsible with the residential group management for the care process, including documentation and evaluation
- You conduct assessment, care planning and documentation according to RAI
- You independently implement palliative measures taking into account ethical principles and our palliative care concept
- You support the nursing staff in complex resident situations
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Good oral and written German skills
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness and a good sense of humour
- Innovative personality equipped with comprehensive expertise and social skills
- Flexible, motivated, customer-oriented and a team player
