Workshop Manager for Construction Machinery Repair
Your Contribution with Us
- Responsibility for the smooth running and coordination of orders in the workshop (resources, capacity, machines, vehicles)
- Leadership, motivation and professional support of the existing workshop team, consisting of construction machinery mechanics and locksmiths
- Organisation and execution of equipment repairs in direct consultation with our operational users
Preparation of cost estimates, ordering of spare parts and subsequent invoicing of repair services - Responsible for the training of our apprentices in the vocational professions of construction machinery mechanic EFZ and locksmith EFZ
- Support of the team during overhauls, repairs as well as service and maintenance work on our construction machinery and equipment during bottlenecks, both in the workshop and on site
What Counts for Us
- Completed vocational training EFZ as construction machinery / agricultural machinery or truck mechanic
- Further training as workshop manager or diagnostic technician is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical service, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Administrative skills as well as sound handling of IT systems, such as MS Office and AS4U
- Driving licence category B is mandatory, additional driving licences (forklift etc.) are an advantage
- Team spirit, high service and customer orientation and pronounced cost awareness combined with an independent and precise way of working
- Willingness for professional development
