Job description:

As a construction manager, ideally with site management experience in Switzerland, you accompany the execution of the works from the start of construction to commissioning. Your activities also include cost planning as well as monitoring tenders and awards. In collaboration with our project team, you optimize the progress of the works, establish the schedule, and monitor costs as well as compliance with contractual conditions.

What we expect from you:

Certificate of studies in architecture (HES) or building draftsman / ES technician

Extensive experience and professional skills in Construction Management

Knowledge in the field of tenders

Versatile and flexible personality

Knowledge in the financial organization of construction sites (Messerli)

Organizational skills, structured and reliable working method

Fluency in spoken and written French
