We can offer you the following training programs:
- Baker-Confectioner-Confiseur EBA lasts 2 years
- Baker-Confectioner-Confiseur EFZ Specialization Confiserie lasts 3 years
- Additional training Specialization Confiserie lasts 1 year
- Second training Baker-Confectioner-Confiseur EFZ Specialization Confiserie after successfully completing an apprenticeship as a Cook EFZ lasts 2 years
What you will accomplish with us
- Producing finest truffles and pralines
- Making seasonal and specialty products
- Producing all kinds of fine bakery products
- Working in various departments
- Decorating pastries and cakes
- Assisting in Easter bunny production
- Producing exclusive cakes and confectionery products
What we expect from you
- You are skilled in craftsmanship and have a talent for design
- Secondary school A or B diploma
- You can communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing
- Reliable, physically resilient, a team player, flexible, and committed
- A sense for colors and shapes
