About the job
What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the independent operation of the mixing plant.
- You prepare the mixtures for the filling of the ice cream department as well as for various milk mixed drinks (e.g. High Protein Water, Comella Drink, etc.).
- You reliably and properly carry out the production reports and hand over all important information to the next shift.
- You reliably adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to ensure the impeccable quality of our products at all times.
- You instruct the personnel assigned to you on the line regarding quality, hygiene, safety, and the environment.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training in the food sector (dairy technologist, baker, butcher, cook, etc.).
- You have a strong technical understanding and are well versed in SAP and MES.
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar role.
- You are mobile and flexible to work in a 3-shift system.
- You speak fluent German.
