Area of responsibility

• Leadership tasks: Managing the team in the Bike/Sport department and ensuring smooth operations
• Promotion: Active support, motivation and development of employees
• Planning: Ensuring efficient scheduling, deployment and resource planning
• New assemblies: Careful assembly of new bikes and ensuring their flawless functionality
• Service: Careful execution and inspection of service work and repairs on customer bicycles. In case of uncertainties, consult directly with the customer
• Training: Annual training on new products in all our outlets
• Adjusting ski bindings: Precise assembly, adjustment and calibration of ski bindings according to applicable safety standards
• Projects: Co-responsibility for projects and participation in the further development of the department

Profile

• Education: Completed training as a bicycle mechanic or comparable professional experience
• Sport affinity: Enthusiasm for bikes, sport and technical products
• Leadership experience: Several years of professional experience and initial knowledge in staff management
• Strong communication: Clear, structured communication and confident representation of decisions
• Working method: Independent task completion with clear responsibility for results
• Commitment: High commitment and adaptability in everyday work
