The rehabilitation clinic in Baden-Dättwil offers rehabilitation at a high medical level for musculoskeletal and neurological patients. Thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration and the excellent professional expertise of the treatment teams, we tailor our efficient therapy programs individually to the needs of these patients.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: Take over the assessment, treatment, and clarification of inpatient (requiring monitoring) and outpatient patients with musculoskeletal and neurological diseases in individual and/or group settings
• Consultation and guidance as well as assistive device provision: You take over the instruction and guidance for ADL training of patients and their caregivers
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work independently in an interdisciplinary team with interfaces to physicians, nursing, and various therapeutic disciplines such as physiotherapy and speech therapy
• Therapy management (optional): Take central responsibility as a link between therapeutic professions, physicians, nursing, and therapy planning. You are responsible for coordinating, controlling, and ensuring the documentation of therapy processes and individual patients. You ensure that treatment goals are set, pursued, and regularly reviewed according to standards.

Your profile

• Education: Completed training as an occupational therapist or an equivalent qualification with at least one positive SRK pre-check
• Personality: You are an enthusiastic and communicative personality with a sense of humor. You convince through responsibility and high-quality work, can set priorities effectively, and do not lose sight of the needs of our patients.
