For our client in Bern, we are immediately seeking a committed and responsible individual as Facility Maintenance EFZ (a).

Your tasks:

• Supervise and support 12 apprentices, including apprentices with disabilities
• Organise daily tasks and assignments
• Instruct and assist apprentices with manual work
• Take supervision during assignments
• Structure the working day and plan tasks
• Promote independence and practical skills
• Collaborate with specialist offices and caregivers

Your profile:

• Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ is an advantage
• Completed vocational training (e.g. painter, carpenter, joiner, electrician or plumber) or several years of experience in a trade
• Enjoy working with apprentices and supporting them practically
• High social competence as well as a patient and appreciative approach to people
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Independent, reliable and well-organised working style
• Willingness to work at two locations in Bern
