HR Recruiting Specialist
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process in the assigned specialist areas, from job posting to hiring
- Review of application dossiers and conducting interviews
- Advising and supporting line managers in personnel selection
- Planning and implementing target group-oriented recruiting campaigns
- Participation in and design of HR projects, processes and events
Requirements
- Professional experience in recruiting specialists and executives as well as independently managing recruiting processes
- Experience in using modern recruiting tools, especially in active sourcing, social recruiting and target group-oriented candidate approach
- Strong communication skills in dealing with applicants and managers
- Organisational talent for the simultaneous management of several vacancies
- Fluent German skills, French and Italian skills are an advantage
