The onboarding process and the various events for new employees are very well organized and allow even field staff to get to know the people they work with.

Collaboration in the service department sometimes seems unstructured. Tasks are left undone or get passed back and forth between departments without anyone really taking responsibility. Emails are often simply forwarded instead of being resolved. In addition, there are differing opinions and approaches that aren’t always aligned with a common goal, which unnecessarily complicates implementation. Communication between management and the team could also be much clearer. Long meetings without concrete results waste time and energy. Clearer guidelines, well-defined responsibilities, and established reporting channels would help make day-to-day work more efficient and pleasant. There is clearly room for improvement. Constant staff turnover in scheduling does nothing to alleviate this situation. I’ll add this: Furthermore, some issues are discussed in advance with other employees instead of with the people actually affected, which can lead to misunderstandings and unnecessary detours—and, above all, causes discomfort among the employees involved.

Both the team and management place great importance on thorough onboarding and ongoing support. Everyone is always willing to listen, and you receive the right kind of support in every situation.
