We offer 148 residential places in various living arrangements as well as 175 workplaces in workshops and a service company. In addition, 90 places are available in the day centre.

For our Graswinkel location in Kloten, we are looking to strengthen our infrastructure team immediately or by arrangement with an experienced

SANITARY SPECIALIST IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT 100%

Your area of responsibility

• Planning and execution of maintenance work on HVACSE systems and general upkeep tasks
• Operation of the in-house therapy pool
• Regular on-call duty
• Accompanying external service providers
• Co-responsible for the alarm system and locking system
• Assistance in the internal driving service (person and material transport)
• Support at events

Your profile

• Training and solid knowledge in the sanitary sector, ideally with several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of swimming pool technology is an advantage
• Further training as a caretaker with a federal specialist certificate is desirable
• Physical resilience
• Resilient personality with a high degree of flexibility
• Team player, high social competence and a well-groomed appearance
• No fear of contact when dealing with people with disabilities
• Willingness to do on-call duty and work outside regular hours
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• Basic course as a PPE user or willingness to undertake further training
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, IT tools)
