Plasterer for Foreman!
Tasks
- Independent organisation and management of construction sites
- Leadership and coordination of a plasterer team
- Execution of all plastering work indoors and outdoors
- Plastering work, base plaster and white plaster
- Drywall and plastering work
- Facade and insulation work
- Planning and coordinating workflows
- Determining material requirements and organising material orders
- Creating measurements and reports
- Checking completed work and ensuring quality
- Adhering to deadlines, work safety and order on the construction site
- Collaboration with site management, clients and other tradespeople
- Active participation in demanding tasks
Requirements
- Completed training as a plasterer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a plasterer foreman SMGV is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the plastering trade
- Experience in leading a team
