You operate in the business engineering of bank management with a focus on HR applications. SAP SuccessFactors is your central platform, which you further develop and maintain together with the connected systems. In this role, you connect the requirements of HR, business, and IT and sustainably shape the HR system landscape of Zürcher Kantonalbank.
Your tasks
- Taking over run and change tasks for HR applications in a DevOps environment
- Creating requirement descriptions and specifications (e.g. framework concepts, functional specifications, features, use cases)
- Developing and evaluating future-oriented solution approaches considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks
- Conducting workshops with relevant stakeholders to develop joint, viable decisions
- Collaborating on implementation, testing, and introduction of solutions in SAP SuccessFactors and the connected systems
- Working closely with business engineers, product management, subject matter specialists, IT architecture, and development
Your profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in requirements engineering, ideally at a financial service provider
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high IT affinity with a sense for system architecture, interfaces, and data flows
- Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR applications
- Strong willingness to learn and self-motivation to quickly familiarise yourself with new specialist areas
- You score with high independence, communication skills, and commitment and enjoy working in a team
- Very good oral and written expression in German
