To strengthen our scheduling team for our truck fleet (daily operations), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and resilient personality as
Clerk for Scheduling m/f/d 60% - 80%
Your tasks:
- Support of the dispatcher
- Recording and checking of driving orders
- Invoicing
- Time management of our drivers
- Preparation of evaluations and statistics
- Taking over tasks from daily business as well as additional duties during team absences
- Assistance in the training of our apprentices in the commercial sector
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the transport/logistics sector
- Good MS Office user skills
- Service-oriented, responsible personality with perseverance and pleasant manners
- Native German speaker, good spoken French skills
- Several years of professional experience in logistics/scheduling
