Together with our client, a renowned medical institution in the Bern region, we are looking from January 2027 or by arrangement for a committed Health Specialist EFZ or a Medical Practice Assistant 100%. The institution offers a wide range of outpatient examinations, consultations and treatments in various medical specialties. A special focus is on the care of people with hormonal and metabolic diseases as well as complex health issues. Close cooperation between different professional groups enables comprehensive and individually tailored patient care.

You can expect a varied working day that combines medical specialist tasks with organisational activities. You work in an interprofessional team, accompany patients through various examinations and support the smooth running of outpatient consultations. You can apply your medical-technical knowledge purposefully and demonstrate your organisational skills. Particularly attractive are the regular working hours from Monday to Friday without weekend duties, which allow you reliable leisure planning.

Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• You are an important contact person for patients, coordinate appointments, organise reception and ensure a smooth administrative process together with the team
• The performance of various diagnostic examinations such as ECG, bone density measurements, body composition analyses and other specialised measurement procedures is part of your versatile range of tasks
• You take on medical-technical tasks such as blood sampling and injections and assist patients with the application and removal of blood sugar sensors
• As part of outpatient care, you evaluate medical devices, support the handling of blood glucose meters and insulin pumps and work closely with various specialists
