Do you bring the following background?
You are an uncomplicated, service-oriented personality over 35 years old with a high degree of independence and initiative. You have your time management under control and look forward to a challenging and varied task?
For this hub of numerous concerns and tasks, you bring the following qualifications:
- Commercial basic and/or further training
- Several years of experience (preferably in the refrigeration technology sector) in internal sales
- Experience in project management is desirable
- A passion for technical products
- Positive attitude with assertiveness
- Fluent German and good French skills are essential
- Enjoyment of telephone and personal customer contact with negotiation skills
- Team-oriented, responsible, and precise working style
- Structured, forward-thinking working style with high resilience (ability to handle work pressure) and decisiveness
- Ability to work with a degree of freedom
- Numerical flair (calculations)

What a workday with us entails for you
- Full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of store construction projects from A-Z in internal sales
- 100% customer responsibility in internal sales (hub)
- Very close collaboration with the respective head (external sales customer responsible)
- Preparation of project calculations
- Professionally advising customers in German and French (written + telephone)
- Receiving and processing incoming orders
- Preparation and analysis of data
- Filling out submission documents
- Timely invoicing to customers
- Deputy tasks (holiday representation)
- Recording and managing customer master data
- Creating, monitoring, and processing orders
- Cross-departmental monitoring of partial processes
- Maintaining and intensifying customer relationships
