About the job

What you bring

• Technical training in mechanics and/or electrical engineering
• Enjoyment in communication and contact with customers and internal departments
• Very good German skills; knowledge of English, French, Italian is an advantage
• Team spirit and willingness to support each other
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Navision is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and organised way of working

Your tasks

• Handling customer enquiries
• Preparing quotations in cooperation with the technical office
• Initiating and tracking spare parts orders
• Processing service assignments for billing
• Preparing service plans for customer meetings
• Handling repair and warranty claims
• Supporting logistics
