• Support the CISO in the further development and operation of the information security management system according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ICT minimum standard
• Act as deputy to the CISO
• Implement the information security roadmap and strengthen resilience against cyberattacks
• Participate in projects in the evaluation, conception, specification, and design of secure, requirement-compliant solutions and proactively support departments
• Monitor the development of the threat landscape and adjust measures to improve the security setup accordingly
• Plan and accompany security reviews
• Strengthen employees’ security awareness through training and sensitization measures

• Completed studies (university/FH) in computer science with a focus on IT security or comparable education and training in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CAS/MAS Information Security)
• Good knowledge and professional experience in information security with application of security best practices, frameworks, and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001X, NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Technical background in identity & access management, malware and perimeter protection, vulnerability and security management, as well as cloud security
• Independent, efficient, and structured working style as well as analytical and conceptual thinking and acting
• Energetic, resilient, and service-oriented personality with professional appearance, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
• Confident oral and written German skills as well as good English skills
