About the job
Do you want to apply your expertise where environment, planning and construction come together? SC+P has been committed for over 45 years to interdisciplinary and future-oriented solutions in soil and environment. Today, more than 60 specialists at the locations Bern, Olten, Zurich and Winterthur work together on projects at the interface of utilisation and protection interests.
For our Environmental Division, we are looking for a proactive individual who actively contributes their expertise in soil protection, takes responsibility and works with us to develop sustainable solutions for the environment and economy.
This is your field of activity:
- Accompany construction projects: You take on soil-related construction supervision (BBB) and environmental construction supervision (UBB).
- Process and manage projects: You independently handle projects and take on both the technical processing and project management.
- Assess soils: You plan soil condition surveys and pollutant sampling and carry these out professionally.
- Prepare environmental reports: You write technical chapters for environmental impact assessments (UVB) and prepare environmental notes.
- Contribute expertise: You work on interdisciplinary issues, especially in the areas of soil, contaminated sites, waste and drainage.
- Expand responsibility: With growing experience, you gradually take on additional technical and project-related responsibility.
This is what you bring:
- Education: You have a university degree in environmental natural sciences, environmental engineering, geography or a comparable field.
- Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in soil protection and practical experience in handling demanding environmental projects.
- Soil-related construction supervision: You have recognition from the Swiss Soil Science Society (BGS).
- Technical knowledge: You have practical site experience and good knowledge in soil assessment.
- Analytical and connected thinking: You quickly recognise connections and develop practical solutions for interdisciplinary issues.
- Communication, customer and team orientation: You communicate openly and professionally, enjoy working in a team and present yourself competently and reliably in direct contact with clients.
- Language skills: You have very good oral and written German skills.
- Mobility: You hold a category B driving licence.
This is what awaits you with us:
- More relaxation: You benefit from five weeks of holiday per year for a balanced work-life balance.
- Travel on us: As a sign of our appreciation, we give you your half-fare travelcard.
- Financial bonus: You receive a monthly credit for flat-rate expenses.
- Flexibility and trust: Modern working conditions with contemporary working models such as home office.
- Real development: You can expect a professionally and personally enriching environment where we actively promote your further education.
- Reliable security: In case of illness, you receive 100% continued salary payment in the first month and are subsequently covered by daily sickness benefits insurance.
- And much more: We will be happy to present further attractive extras in a personal conversation.
