Senior HR Administration Officer

To strengthen and professionalise our HR Back Office, we are looking for an experienced HR specialist who independently takes on demanding personnel administration tasks and supports the payroll process.
You bring expertise, experience, and system understanding to the team, handle more complex cases, and support less experienced colleagues. At the same time, you help to stabilise, standardise, and further develop the HR and payroll processes digitally.
- Handling the entire administration along the HR lifecycle including social insurance and payroll-related tasks
- Supervision and coordination of the apprenticeship process as well as civil service matters
- Support with monthly payroll processing including social insurances, withholding taxes, and year-end tasks
- Ensuring high data and result quality in the HR and payroll systems
- Further development of processes, controls, checklists, and work instructions
- Participation in digitalisation projects and process responsibility

- Several years of solid experience in independently managing HR administration & payroll
- Good knowledge of labour, social insurance, and withholding tax law
- Experience with payroll, time management, and HR systems as well as digital personnel processes
- High degree of independence, operational confidence, strong quality awareness, and high IT affinity
- Ability to work in a structured manner even with high volumes and to further develop existing processes
- HR professional certificate, payroll training, or comparable further education; ideally experience in a decentralised organisation or a personnel-intensive 24/7 environment
