• you dive into the world of newspaper printing and learn how printed newspapers are created from digital data
• you work with large, modern printing machines and experience how daily current news is put on paper
• you prepare print jobs, set up machines and accompany the production step by step
• you ensure that colours, paper and print image work together cleanly
• you check the quality of the printed newspapers and recognise when details can be improved
• you pitch in as part of a team and learn how a professional production operation works
• you ensure through cleaning and maintenance that our machines run reliably and are ready for the next job

You will succeed here if

• you have completed compulsory schooling
• you are interested in technology, machines, colours and digital processes
• you enjoy practical work and take pleasure in holding a visible result in your hands
• you can express yourself confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• you pay close attention, work carefully and can distinguish colours and details well
• you enjoy working in a team, think along and lend a hand
• you are physically fit, eager to learn new things and remain motivated even when it gets hectic
