We are an interdisciplinary private ward with a committed team of around 40 employees and trainees. We care for both acute and rehabilitation patients, who are accommodated in spacious single rooms. Our patients also benefit from modern hospitality services, available daily until 7 pm. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your Tasks
Deriving individual care needs and care goals within the entire nursing process, setting up action plans, implementing planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex care situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of trainees and students

Your Profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working in a multidisciplinary team and values constructive collaboration
Team spirit, customer orientation, conflict management skills and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
