The Civil Registry Office of the municipality of Küsnacht includes the municipalities of Küsnacht, Erlenbach, Herrliberg and Zumikon. The Küsnacht Funeral Office is also attached to the Civil Registry Office. The team supports our residents in all phases of life. Your tasks
- Independent handling of all areas of responsibility of a civil registrar
- Advice and processing of enquiries in German and English (in person, by phone and in writing)
- Active participation in the further development and digitalisation of processes
- Conducting funeral discussions with relatives as well as organising and coordinating funerals with internal and external parties
Your profile
- Federal specialist certificate for civil registrars
- Enjoyment of active customer contact and the ability to empathise with people in different phases of life
- Digital affinity and experience with specialised applications (including Infostar, Abraxas, CMI)
- Efficient, reliable, precise and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to occasionally be on call on public holidays in the funeral office
- Valid category B driving licence for assignments at external weddings
- Motivation to support trainees professionally and personally
- Returnees are warmly welcome
