Microsoft Product Owner «Collaboration & Automation»

Are you ready to contribute to the development of the digital transformation? As an IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal users with a secure basic infrastructure and state-of-the-art applications. Together with you, we advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Graubünden.

We further develop the digital workplace of the cantonal administration. In the "Collaboration & Automation" sector, we optimize digital collaboration, automate processes, and create modern workflows based on Microsoft 365. For this reason, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a product owner "Microsoft Collaboration & Automation".

Responsibilities

You build the "Collaboration & Automation" product and continuously develop it based on Microsoft 365
You define product goal priorities and implement them responsibly
You handle coordination between specialist departments, IT partners, and suppliers
You ensure clarity and structure in requirements, processes, and collaboration

What we expect from you

Education or professional training in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
Experience as a product owner or willingness to familiarize yourself with this role
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
Interest in digital solutions, collaboration, and automation tools
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working method
Good spoken and written German skills
