About the job

With the opening of the first SportHub in Switzerland, we have created a unique concept for the fitness and sports industry: Similar to a co-working space, a fitness center is being established in Bernapark in collaboration with regional sports service providers and clubs. High quality in all areas and a personal approach at eye level are our main focus.

We are looking for young, committed sports enthusiasts who are ready to take responsibility in a dynamic environment and actively help shape the further development of the Kraftakt SportHub.

In addition to your role as a trainer, you will take responsibility for apprentices as a vocational trainer. You can expect a versatile and responsible range of tasks with two different focuses.

Your tasks

Organization, planning, and supervision of apprentices (Specialist in Movement and Health Promotion EFZ)
Creating training plans
Customer support throughout the entire training process
Conducting introductory trainings
Conducting personal training sessions
Sales of subscriptions
Monitoring training and achievement of goals
Administrative tasks at reception, answering the phone, cash handling
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the studio
Participation in further training

Your profile

Specialist in Movement and Health Promotion EFZ or equivalent qualification (EBQ 5)
Further training as a vocational trainer (existing or willingness to acquire)
BLS-AED certificate (mandatory)
Reliability
Social competence
Ability to identify with Kraftakt SportHub and the community spirit
Communication and teamwork skills
Open and committed personality
Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
Sales flair
